Thoughts and words materialize into experiences that build your own life.
1.- Become aware of your thoughts and your affirmations: Begin to realize that every time you think a thought and say a word, you are literally painting your future; you are creating your own life. It's simple, but not easy to accept. But when you accept it, you can deliberately create what you want in your life, just as you become aware of what you don't want in your life and how you contribute to it. Most of us think and think without paying attention to what we're thinking. We must train ourselves to do this simply; we must train ourselves to be aware of what we think.
Ask yourself frequently: What am I thinking? How does this thought create my life? Do I want this thought to create my life? It takes time to develop, but if we make it a habit, small changes quickly begin to appear.
2.- Make positive affirmations: If we start making positive affirmations, positive phrases about our life, deliberately and at any time, writing them down or saying them in front of the mirror, looking into our eyes and accepting ourselves, we'll even notice how we reject ourselves when we say something good about ourselves. It's a gradual way to start, looking at ourselves in the mirror in the morning and saying: "I love you, I really love you." At first it's hard because you think about our flaws, but starting the day like this is super powerful and effective, and things will happen that you don't expect. At first it's not real, but you hope it will be; it's like planting a seed that isn't actually a plant yet. Or you plant three just in case. And you don't dig them up the next day to see what happens; you trust that it will germinate because you know there's a process.
3.- You deserve good things: If you're not convinced you deserve good things, as many people are, things will take time to come. If you make affirmations of prosperity and find they're not working, ask yourself how many times you're actually in poverty each day. You can't change your mind without knowing what it is. A good exercise is to write down what you think about men, women, money—any topic—and write down everything that comes to mind, even if it's unpleasant, and see how many are positive and how many are not. If you can turn negative thoughts around and turn them into positive ones in many aspects of life, and understand the Law of Thought, if you learn how it works, miracles will happen.
4.- Love yourself: You don't love yourself, you have no self-esteem. Most people think they're not good enough, that they'll never do things right, and that they don't deserve love. With this foundation, it's difficult to create favorable conditions. People complain about specific problems, but if they help themselves to love themselves and accept themselves, they won't have to work with their problems because the bad things will fade away.
